Wow, what an experience! My fiance took me here to celebrate my new job and it was wonderful! The food was delicious and the fondue was truly exceptional. I loved having everything made in front of me. Be prepared to spend a bit of money though. Worth every penny!

The only good thing about this place was our waiter. He was great. Went there for good chocolate and cheese. Got extremely rude hostesses and oddly gruff management in return. Former fan of this restaurant, but with this new management.. I'll never step foot in there again. Side note: I wonder if the rudeness has to do with my ethic background. It seemed oddly targeted towards me and the only other person with my ethnic background in there.

What happened? This used to be my favorite restaurant in town. The hostess did not honor our reservation time.She then gave me an unnecessary view up her huge hairy nostrils as she refused to give me an estimation on when we would be seated. The manager strategically avoided my table throughout the entire meal. At the end, the waiter was surprised at how we were treated and talked to him. The manager looked like he wanted to start throwing punches when he came by. It was really awkward and strange, but the fish rots from the head down. Alex is a phenomenal server and the only reason we didn’t walk out.

Cody!! If you eat at this location, you must ask for Cody. He is amazing. Top notch service, great attitude, very friendly and most knowledgeable. He's the kind of person that instantly feels like an old friend. Melting Pot itself is a good place to eat with a nice atmosphere and an interesting menu, but Cody takes this place to the next level!

Our experience was so great here. We had a reservation at 8:30, and they told us they were really busy but would sit us as quick as possible. No big deal, we just went and sat at the bar. 15 min later the hostess was apologetic and told us it would be a little longer and thank you for waiting, have a round on us. So free drinks! And no more than 15 min later, they sat us. Our server was great and even brought us an extra plate of meat to make up for our wait. There was then a discrepancy on the bill and the manager immediately took it off. He was very nice and pleasant. Terrific customer service, I can’t wait to go back! The bad reviews about people blaming the servers for eating undercooked meat is ridiculous. You should know how to cook meat, don’t blame a server. Everything was delicious, we had very full tummies afterwards!
