Story

Brothers Brian, Alex, and Rommie Amra always shared a passion for sports and great food. Unfortunately, their favorite places to watch the big games were never their favorite places to eat. Tobacco Road Sports Cafe offers delicious, fresh, local food and all the sports you could ask for!

It is a nice location and space. Lots of televisions. Good spot to watch a game. Cool being located over left field wall for Bulls and fun place to be while they're playing. The food is good generally speaking with a lot of variety to menu. I wouldn't call the food great, but good for a sports bar. They can get a little slow, but service is generally pretty good.

Great food. Awesome location. Got to get the cheese fries. It really hit the spot because I was super hungry and I needed something to eat real fast. Even though they had to cook the fries was took a few minutes it's okay. Fresh food is better then not fresh food. The burger is here I've always been great. I definitely rock with him.

The whole place makes you feel like your living room got a major upgrade just in time for game day - which seems cool until you realize the service is about the same as you would get in your living room. Staff are super kind, but the speed is awful. I came on back to back Sundays during football season and waited as long as 35 minutes both times for something as easy as nachos. That being said, the portions are huge, the screens are plenty, and the vibe is kind and relaxed. So this is a great place to kick back for a game, just don’t come in any hurry.

Lisa helped plan our department Christmas luncheon and it was wonderful. We had our own dinning room and TV's which was GREAT! The atmosphere is very enjoyable. I can not say enough about the over all food presentation and selection. I never expected that from a sports bar. 5 stars for sure and everyone of them well deserved. I/we will return.

Excellent sports bar with incredible chef; varied menu; very clean; great staff; great bar choices; good place even for dinner. Wonderful presentation. Easy on the pocketbook.
