First off, I hold the GM accountable for not properly staffing the restaurant for the week of Christmas.  The server did what she could, however, bread should not take 20 minutes.  We ordered and waited an additional 35 minutes for dinner...with only the kids plates being served.  Ours were apparently made wrong and they were correcting the issue.  When it finally came out, the salad was soggy and I took mine to go because it was still wrong, and not what I ordered.  I was never asked if I wanted another glass of wine or if my husband wanted a refill.  For me to spend $100 on a less than nice dinner was ridiculous.  I bring clients durning the day and always have stellar service.  After tonight, I will choose a different restaurant for my clients and my family and I was highly disappointed.  Firebirds, you’ve lost a long time customer for the time being.

Food is Very Good.  Service is so-so.  I ordered a glass of wine at the bar and it took over 5 mins to get it.  The bartender needed to go get the bottle from the back, but after he took my order he proceeded to take care of other customers and put my order at the bottom of his priority list.

I ordered the Salmon and it was delicious.  We were in a group of 12 people, so I understand service can’t be great, but I waited over 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and when it arrived it was warm like it had been sitting on a counter for 5 minutes.

I will be back, but hope to have better service.

Went there for dinner. Very busy, very popular. Service was friendly, but food was mediocre. Ordered a burger medium-well, but it arrived burnt and dry. Tater tots side had no taste. The bun was either stale, or had been microwaved: hard as a rock in places. Husband's mashed potatoes were good, but his beans were totally unseasoned. Meatloaf was bland. Definitely avoid this place if you're coming for an entree! Was very disappointed

Pretty nice place. Has a decent ribeye. Is convenient if you're already planning to be at the mall.
