I was visiting from out of state and had an unexpected mechanical problem that needed immediate repair since I was leaving in 2 days. They were very busy and didn't even have room for my repair. Knowing my situation they literally squeezed me in the next morning and had me fixed in less than 24 hours!  I cannot say enough good things about Browns! They saved my trip!

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! They’re a lot more expensive than other repair shops in the area, they’re extremely slow in getting a vehicle repaired and then it still won’t be repaired correctly. I recently had a vehicle break down on the way to work, had them tow it (being new to the area, I googled the nearest Wrecker Service) and they said they could fix the vehicle due to their also operating an auto repair shop. It took them almost two weeks to repair it, the cost was MUCH more than phone estimates from other shops in the area and when I picked the vehicle up (and paid the $700 repair bill), it still wasn’t repaired correctly! Don’t make the same mistake I did or it will cost you dearly in time, money and aggrevation.

Traveling through Tennessee on vacation. The van just stopped dead at a traffic light. The police (Officer T. Laughlin) were very helpful. I called AAA for a tow. AAA suggested Browns Mill Auto Tech for the needed repairs (20 mile tow!). Am I EVER glad they did. Rich was honest, supportive, and most helpful in fitting me into his schedule. Allen, the mechanic assigned to figure out my problem quickly diagnosed my bad ignition module and ordered the parts, and repaired my van, and I was back on the road in a couple hours. These guys are just AWESOME! Thank you Rich and Allen, you guys saved my vacation!
