From the moment I walked through the door to the time they kindly drove me home the staff at Enterprise treated me with the utmost respect, professionalism, and graciousness.

Mannie was so helpful and kind. His service.was beyond exceptional and the nice gentleman who drove us home extended this fine service. A truly positive experience. I will continue to go there and only there!!!

Upon picking up my rental i was very happy with the service and the car. My charge was about 500$ and i also had to give a 100$ deposit that i was told i would get back as long as i returned the car in the same condition (which i did).
However when i returned the car i was charged for an extra day and they only gave 2$ back on my deposit. Despite speaking to representative who told me i would not be charged for that extra day. 
So they are great but don't expect ypur money back no matter what they say. They will leave u feeling ripped off.

I've rented from this branch a number of times now and the experience has always been great. The staff have been courteous, good humored, and professional, and have been very willing and able to be flexible on the rare occasions when I've needed to make sudden, unexpected changes to my reservation. I'll be moving out of the area soon and I hope that their branch in my new city (North Bend) is staffed by people as easy to work with as these.
