rental provided by insurance company after accident. no issues with car, clean, reliable, sporty. they offered us optional extra coverage for $25/day and would call daily, like bill collectors to get a payment until we had to cancel the coverage, we already had full coverage and I never really understand what this extra coverage was for but the old man signed up for it any way. insurance company only extended rental days at a time and they would call me repeaditly every time that time lapsed. calling home, cell, leaving messages back to back only for me to give them the same claim info again. you would think it would be easier to email the adjuster. no issues at all, just  big pain in the butt.

I love this location. Vicky is great. She's the first to greet me every time I rent a vehicle. Nothing against the rest of the staff but she is the only one who spoke when I walked into the office when I rented back in August. The only smile and hello i received from staff when I picked up on Friday August 17th. Very friendly person and her customer service skills make me want to continue renting at this location that I've been renting from for well over 8 years.
