I called this location yesterday evening (3-8-18) to speak to someone about reserving a car, I had questions about the process and what I needed to bring. The lady I spoke with was increasingly rude, I worded my question about 30 different ways and she just kept telling me no she couldn't help me and I would have to rent a car first before she answered any of my questions. She kept pausing, saying um.. what was I saying, and talking to someone in the background while giggling, completely disrespectful and dismissive. This would have been a full size suv rental for 4 days, so around the 300-400 dollar range sale that enterprise lost because the person answering the phone decided whatever she was doing was more important than helping a customer. I ended up renting with a different company and it was an amazing experience. I won't be going back to enterprise again.

I had to rent a car from this location after I lost my vehicle due to ice during a snow storm (Early January 2018). The sales person that was working there knew it was an insurance claim, but pushed additional insurance. This is shady conduct and an awful way to treat people in a crisis. As far as I know I also purchased gas through the company and they charged me for more gas after the car was dropped off. This location at least is predatory, avoid or be wary.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I rented a vehicle in September for a week and I was treated very well and it was an overall good experience. Total opposite situation this morning. I reserved a vehicle yesterday for pick up @ 9:00 AM this morning. Well, this morning after walking in the rain about a 1/2 mile and as I walked into the dingy office (dripping wet) I noticed a young lady (not mentioning names, but I do know it) approaching me at the counter and by her body language and facial expression, I knew that I had a problem. After giving her all my info (which was already in the system from my prior experience) she asked for a most recent utility bill. Luckily I grabbed my most recent electric bill (I thought it was my most recent) on the way out of my front door before I walked there in the rain. I pay my bills on-line, so I don't even open them half the time. I opened it up at the counter and handed her the "soggy" bill. She immediately rolled her eyes and told me I will not be renting a car until I bring the same bill but more recent than the one I gave her (which was dated 1/08/18) because it was a disconnect notice. Well, I knew that was a mistake and as I looked at the bill, which was for the normal monthly average of about $110 (no outstanding balance) I immediately found the error. (How could I have a disconnect bill that's dated for 1/08/18 and today is 1/11/18 and the bill has been on my bar for a week with no outstanding balance?) Now here's where the big problem arises. She was following protocol and I agree, but I reminded her that during my first experience in September I didn't bring a utility bill in at all and it wasn't a problem. After hearing this, she punched a few buttons on her keyboard (as she rolled her eyes, mumbled under her breath, and smacked her lips because I was obviously interrupting something that she found more interesting than my situation) then looked up at me, smirked at me, and apologized to me. I kindly accepted her apology and she quickly interrupted, corrected me, and said that she was apologizing for the young man in September for not following protocol. Then once again said that I will not be renting a car until I brought a more recent LG&E bill with no outstanding balance. I politely left, still dripping water from my rain-soaked body and walked back home. After arriving home (frustrated by her attitude and LG&E for causing this) I immediately found another unopened envelope from LG&E. After opening it I was happy to see a bill dated for 1/23/18 for the same amount of $110 and no outstanding balance. I immediately called Enterprise and (you guessed it) the same woman that I just dealt with answered. I excitedly told her what I had just found and asked her if she could send someone to pick me up because I was already late and didn't want to get rain soaked for the 3rd time. She replied in a rude, childish, and unprofessional manner " that's not going to work. I told you that you have to wait until you get your next months bill." I reminded her of what she actually said and how what she was saying now made no business sense at all. I obviously had the correct paperwork and she wasn't even going to give me the time of day to even look at it. I politely asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that he was in a meeting all day and that it wouldn't be possible. I politely ended the conversation and immediately contacted Customer Service. She stated to me that if my documents are true to what I say then there is no reason why I shouldn't be rented a car and to return back to Enterprise to complete the process. Well, I wasn't taking that chance because the original rude employee wasn't going to give me the opportunity to get processed by anyone but her. Long story short, I never got a call back from her supervisor and I'm giving them 1 star because the Customer Service Representative that I spoke to on the phone was very polite to me and assured me that I would be contacted by someone from Enterprise to make this situation right. I'm still waiting??

I've never rented at this location but I may today enterprise really does pick u up no worries hassle If they have a weekend special I'll use them today if u have any problems with enterprise you probably have problems with everyone wife hubby etc ha professional ppl I only use enterprise Ron Stjohn President/Owner Stjohn Expedited Enterprises
