OUTSTANDING experience!! (Pleasantly surprised...!). Vehicle was great. Customer service on the phone for booking was VERY helpful and, staff @ Louisville airport was IMPECCABLE!!! They were courteous & personable, VERY helpful, AND, went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate my needs. MEGA-KUDOS to those individuals @ the Louisville airport location. This was my first time renting from Enterprise & I look forward to using you again in order to (hopefully) experience the same streamlined & seamless transaction. Thanks so much......

I use Enterprise very frequently. This time was exceptional, not only did I get a great rental car at a fair price but the counter service was friendly and efficient. It was pouring rain and I was given an umbrella for my visit. Thanks for taking care of me Enterprise. You have a loyal customer for sure.

I have been an enterprise customer for a number of years and have been very pleased with the service - I will continue seeking out enterprise anytime I need to rent a car.  One constructive comment:  I did indicate that I had my own insurance and didn't need any extra coverage - I was then ask to initial off personal accident insurance, liability protection, damage waiver, which I did.  I didn't notice until I returned home, that I was charged almost $100 for collision damage waiver, which I would have thought would be waived since I have my own insurance (apparently I wasn't asked to initial and I didn't notice this option).  Lesson learned for 
me - I'll take my time reading the contract the next time I rent a car.

Picking up the car was a breeze. I'd reserved a Standard SUV but needed 4WD and the gentleman at the counter was very accommodating and got me the vehicle I needed. The car itself was clean and ready to go--complete with snow brush/scraper. Drop-off was just as easy--very fast. Enterprise is fast-becoming my 'go-to' rental car company for my travels. Thanks!

I often rent from the airport in Louisville, KY. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Most of all, I have always been pleased with the cars that I rent. They are brand new and comfortable. Dropping off and returning goes quickly and easily. Enterprise always has the longest line at this airport out of the rental car companies and I’m sure that’s because I’m not the only one who has good experiences with them.
