This rental car location was awesome.  When my car was totaled Chad helped me get a car right away and was very courteous.  But I’m writing this review because of how awesome TaChey was!  When my insurance came through to pay for the daily rental she called me 5-minutes later to check if I wanted to switch out my car for a more comfortable one.  I would use Enterprise again just based on the customer experience she provided me.  I highly recommend Enterprise and especially this location to anyone who needs to rent a car.   Ask for TaChey :).

Staff at LEA were very professional and efficient! Unfortunately the rental car was not clean (receipts from prior renter still in console) and

Needed a large comfortable vehicle to travel in to Virginia. Contacted Colby Clark at the Louisville store on Bardstown Road and told him what we needed. He suggested a suburban, which was perfect. Colby also made sure the vehicle was at the Bowling Green store so that made it much easier for picking and returning it. This is the second time that we have rented a vehicle through Colby Clark and will continue to do so because of his efficiency and ease of working with him.

I love the team at the Highland location! The staff is always so pleasantand kind, always trying to accommodate my request. I've used Enterprise CarRentalfor the past 4 years weekly and this location is by far the BEST!!! Great team and Great service! ❤❤❤

Cars are in good shape, clean and ready to go. However be aware they will put up to a $300 hold on your card when you pickup the car. We were not aware of this and it almost put a damper on a work event.
