I'm a little confused about the service here. First, it was incredibly slow. It took me over an hour to pick up the truck I had a reservation for. It wasn't busy, they just didn't seem to know how to use their computer system. 

Also, I somehow ended up getting charged $150 over the price of my reservation, which at the time was explained to me to be a deposit that would come off my card (due to some issue they were having pulling up my reservation) but actually was all sorts of extra fee's that I had no intention of "purchasing" and in fact specifically said I did not want. I have since talked two Budget locations and their corporate line and they have all told me that there would not have been a deposit, so I'm not sure why I was told at this location that there was one multiple times. 

All that said, the woman I was dealing with was really nice, so I can't really say that I was intentionally overcharged, but either way it was not a good experience, it took an hour out of my day that I had a really tight timeline on, and I ended up paying $150 more than my quoted price. I'm definitely feeling a little slighted on this transaction.

Also called both local and regional numbers and was pretty much treated like an idiot and told that I signed a contract and to go suck an egg. Nice Customer Service guys. 

Advice, if you end up using Budget because they are the cheapest, just pick up from somewhere else and make sure you triple check what they are charging you for.
