Excellent service! I booked the reservation over the phone and requested this particular Enterprise because of the excellent service I have received in the past. On a Thursday morning at 9:00 I walked into the business to 5 reps who were ready to help me. They pulled my reservation and had a vehicle ready for me. They have a huge inventory and I have never been told I would have to wait because they didn't have a car ready. The whole process took 15 minutes max.  Turning it in was a breeze.  Note: there is an Enterprise closer to me but I choose this one because it's the best!

Normally this location has served my needs wonderfully as I have dealt with them in the past many times, but this particular time the car was dirty and had an odor, and no matter what we did to try and eliminate the odor it was horrible.  So, I couldn't this time give a higher rating.  And to top it off I just felt like this time the agent wasn't as kind as others and I felt rushed, but I will say that they were busy and he tried, but it just wasn't good enough this time.  However, everybody is entitled to have an off day, but just don't let it happen often, especially when I am a loyal customer, an not to mention a part of your A-plus membership club.

The folks here are fantastic.  Brandon, Reed, Alexis and the rest of the staff always take great care of us. We rent frequently and often for months at a time. So getting the right car is important. These guys really go above and beyond every single time we rent from them. We could not be happier!

My rental was scheduled for a premium SUV, they did not have a vehicle available in that class, so they gave us a Dodge Caravan. The handling on that vehicle was awful and the space was nothing of an SUV. The only reason I rented a vehicle was to give my kids more space so that it would be more comfortable because we're traveling such a far distance. The original tech try to tell me that the minivan had just as much space as a Suburban and that was not true. The overall experience was awful and the ride was very uncomfortable.

I have used Hertz, Avis and never have had a terrible experience with them. I never leave reviews but enterprise has no only the worse service but horrible customer service. Absolutely the worse car rental company I have ever encountered.  My husband told me enterprise was a terrible rental company and other people have too but I did not listen. I was suppose to have a smooth transaction because somebody hit my vehicle and enterprise has made the who situation worse then it already was. Poor communication amongst staff lead to overcharges and incorrect information being told to my insurance. The branch manager and the assistant manager were no help and both lied to my insurance. They also lied for each other. I just got another call that they are filing something with my insurance company that I didn't do, I now see enterprise will do anything to get money out of people.
