I just had the worst customer service experience with Magda. She was rude the minute I walked in she looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there and didn’t even greet me. Then she tells me that I can’t pick up the rental because I have an out of state driver’s license so I had to show another piece of ID besides my driver’s license and my credit card. I knew this wasn’t right because I rent all the time and I have never had a problem. I went home and brought back an FPL bill with my name and address on it which she had told me it would work just for her to tell me that’s just one proof of ID I need another one she didn’t mention this before I had to uber back to my house to get another proof! She denied me the rental and had a really bad attitude all along! I asked for the manager she said she was the manager came to find out she lied she’s not a manager. I asked her to call customer service to just confirm and she said she doesn’t need to call customer service she knows what she’s doing. I called customer Service just for them to tell me that I was right all along and I didn’t need any other extra identification besides my license and my credit card. This lady doesn’t need to be there she’s bad for business and I have read two other complaints on here about her something has to be done!

I went to pick up the rental car at Sears Pembroke Lakes Mall. I paid everything online: car price including taxes and fees; therefore, I just had to pick up the car. When I've gotten there, the old man behind the counter asked me for my credit card which I found bizarre, I lend it out  to him, he swiped it, and told me "you are lucky, I am going to give you a free upgrade". I looked at him and I said thank you. After I left my intuition told me to check my credit card account online and I realized that he had charged me an extra $100. so I block the transaction. Be careful, specifically when you're are an older person, certain people tend to take advantage.

TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS!  Called to get an extension on the rental and was told it was one price, then day of it's they give me a price that $100+ over what I was told over the phone.  They claim the woman I spoke with made a mistake and still expected me to pay an outrageous amount of money for a economy vehicle. BEYOND LIVID!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE ! As a matter of fact I will be contacting  management to deal with this situation i'm so fed up with these imbeciles!

The worst customer service ever. Magda the  person who was at the desk attitude was despicable. We had pre paid our car rental online for 12 days and the attitude this lady had was undesireable. she asked questions like did we want the basic insurance and i said no as we already had our own. She also asked if we had a membership no, as the system kept prompting i responded i dont think we did. She kept huffing and puffing..She also did not bother to come out and show us were the car was parked or to inspect the vehicle. she replies to find the car yourself and make note of anything that was wrong with the car...Anyway  long story short she needs to go away on a day course to learn how to deal with customers no need to carrying on like this especially when were asking for anything. Quite bizarre!
