Absolutely worst experience and customer service ever. I’ve been renting here for 4 months consecutively now but actually a few years. Manager called today with an attitude over the phone because I missed the return date on Thursday and I apologize and said I would be here today because somehow it slipped my mind........ Anyhow got here today with a new reservation ready to switch out the rental after waiting an hour 1/2. Young nice black girl In the front was showing me my options as I asked but the older black lady and black male manager who was in a bad mood had other plans for me (as I wish I wrote their names down) wasn’t in a great mood so all of a sudden I’m not allowed to rent because I’m a resident of Miami. All of sudden the policy’s has changed since the last time I visited. That’s not the case because I asked to see the date policy changed no one could show me that. The truth is the manager was upset I asked “was it you with an attitude when I called earlier?”      

          Sadly I leave with no vehicle all because of Egos. What’s also sad is that they lied and if that is the policy why now you decide to enforce it rather than enforcing the policy months or years back. I was very nice and polite to these people. Thank you guys for inconveniencing me.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Elizabeth and the crew met and surpass my expectations. They showed that renting a car from their company is important to them. Very friendly staff, positive vibes and so helpful, they drove the rental car to my house without a 2nd thought. This will be my only car rental company from now on!

Worst car rental experience. I was overcharged $300 placed in a full size SUV  that went over the amount that my insurance would cover. I tried switching it out 4 times and no cars were ever available.  The oil light came on after the first 3 days and I had the truck for 24 days. when I contacted the location I was told to take it to tires plus for an oil change which is not my responsibility. My rental rate was signed for $31 per day for them to tell me that it's $48 per day. I was still charged $3.50 per day for the rental which I think isn't fair because THEY NEVER HAD A SMALLER CAR TO PUT ME IN.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, I was greeted immediately upon walking in and helped within a few minutes of waiting. Gentleman answered all of my questions and was very helpful. By no fault of his own unfortunately the price was a little higher than I would've liked to pay so I had to go with a different rental agency.

When I went to pick up my car on Wednesday one of the female agents was very rude. She even belittled her co worker.  She made me feel like not taking car insurance with enterprise was a bad thing and wouldn’t stop talking about if something happened I would have to pay my insurance deductible. I left the place so paranoid. She didn’t even email me my rental confirmation. This location is always under staffed and that is the excuse they give the customers for providing bad service. Upon returning my car the gentleman was extremely helpful. The DSM needs to step it up.
