Overall great experience. However, it was Frustrating how long I had to wait for the pick up even though they knew in advance what day and what Time I would need it.

Excellent customer service.  Friendly and helpful staff.  Most efficient and hassle-free transition from counter to delivery of car.  Love the paperless transaction.  Enterprise Rental in Ashland is definitely the way to go!!!

Enterprise Rentals is always there to help you with your choice of cars, trucks, one way or round trip. Out of state as well as in state..I've never had an unhappy experience with these guys. Love them.

They treat you like family. My husband and I were introduced when our vehicle had to get repairs. Every since then we just call or drop by and they hook us up with a great vehicle every time!
