From Enterprise picking me up, to me turning the car in with the Manager, my experience, especially considering the reason why a rental car was needed, was super pleasant.  

This is my second time doing business with this particular Enterprise Branch.  I've got nothing but great things to say about them, their vehicles, and their services offer!

Overall it was a smooth transition. Need to improve on returning customers phone calls. I would recommend this location to others.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was involved in an accident where a lady hit me. My car had to be sent to the body shop for repairs, my insurance booked me a car at this location, I paid the security deposit they required, had the rental for a little under 2 weeks while my car was repaired. I returned the car in the same condition it was rented, even drove it through the car wash fo them. It has now been over 2 weeks and they have yet to return my deposit. Enterprise customer care corporate said my insurance company paid them, there is no reason that location should still be holding onto the funds, I go in person and I'm told that they ran the card incorrectly at the start, so when they closed out the rental, it messed up the return of funds process and could take about a month to send the money back???? Do not rent from this place, when I first went to get the rental I heard them arguing with a lady about a small chip they found that wasn't there before and was trying to file a claim through her insurance. Come on guys?? Chips happen! The car you gave me was a 2018 Elantra that had all kinds of rock chips when I first got it. It happens. I will never recommend this location to anyone
