Not only was my car grade downgraded to smaller size and I was still billed at my requested grade. The car smelt tobacco for my entire ride of 3 hrs from Williamsburg to Baltimore even though I was informed it is a non smoking car. I need my money back

After an unfortunate accident, Enterprise went out of the way to get me a car, swap it out midway through the lengthy repair and then helped me negotiate with the garage to pay for the last three days due to an unforeseen delay.   Highly recommend this location due to their customer service.

The Enterprise team at the Merrimac Trail location in Williamsburg, VA is so easy to work with every time I need a rental.  They make sure I have the right vehicle for my trips and they are prompt and friendly.

Enterprise Rent-a-car has always met and exceeded my expectations for a rental company. Their prices are lower than the competitors and their door to door service is great. I have never had anything to complain about with the vehicles or the service Enterprise provides.
