I came to pick up my car today. I booked it directly from budget website this morning. The owner is one of the meanest person, rude and unprofessional. He said he doesn't have any car for me and not sure when it is available.  I asked him to check to see any other Budget locations in Oklahoma since they already charged my money. I can come to pick up tomorrow morning or afternoon.   He said it is not his job to do that. He also said he only has a few cars but the website overbooked a lot of reservations.  I said  you need to call the corporate to notify them because ya guys will be ended up to loose customers and reputation . He said it is nothing that he can do because that is the way it is ....I have been traveling for years and this is the first time I run into this kind of business.   They charged my money and doesn't care about their customer ! He said I have to call back tomorrow,  so I asked what time.  He said he is not sure. I asked him to call me if he has any car available he SAID NO . He quoted that I have to keep continue to try to call him back to check until they have any car available. What kind of business is that!!! !!!What a ....j!!  He said he is an owner here so he can do whatever... 

I never and never go back to this place again and will tell all of my friends about this place!  Learn some respect when you are open a business even though you are an owner! Customer service is the first priority!  Good luck to you and hope you won't shut down your business with this kind of personality !

this place just steals your monry and lies about how much theyre going to charge you!! then wont help you with the billing issues rhey create

Really nice service. They had cars when enterprise didn't. We had a funeral to go to, on last minute notice, was so glad we found them. They also don't charge by the mile as many others do, for out of state.

I rented a car from Budget for a road trip from Oklahoma City to Nashville. We decided to rent a car for the long drive instead of driving our Honda CR-V. We got a full size car and used our AARP membership for the rental. It was a fantastic car for the trip. Exactly what we were hoping for. The gentleman at Budget was very friendly and helpful. The rental process was quick and easy: answer a few questions, sign the papers and go. The renturn process was just as easy. I would definitely recommend Budget for your next car rental.
