I had a really great experience with this rental.  Easy in and out  and i was upgraded to an awesome BMW 740i.  That was a terrific road car.  Nothing but positive comments for enterprise on this one.

Very easy process.  Very friendly staff who did not do the hard up-sell typical of some other rental agencies I have used.  Drop off was just as easy and without hassle.

I always use Enterprise when I travel and need a vehicle. This time around wasn't any different from the rest. Great Service and vehicle was up to standards. But, when returning the SUV back to the lot (where it said, "Entrance") one of the tires (front right) popped. Apparently, you must drive over them fast and hard for this not to happen. I was told this happens 3 - 4 times a month. Three in-a-row, close together traffic spikes seemed a little much to me, but I guess auto-theft has been a recent problem at that particular rental center. They charged me $120 for the tire which was pretty upsetting. I will continue to use Enterprise. I am giving a 4 star rating (for inconvenience). ;)

Facility was nice service was awesome, they even gave me free upgrade to SUV, everything deserves 5 stars however I am giving 3 stars because a 35$ per day car for 3 days should cost more or less 130$ with tax however the total bill came out to be 172$ as they added prepaid fuel without telling me the cost, so just little disappointed about that would have been better if they would haveentioned the cost.

FYI, There was no extra insurance that I enrolled in.

Lauren was the best!! Helped us understand the enterprise plus program seeming how I’m an emerald member. She not only walked us to our car but let me get in and warmed it up for us. Experiencing many enterprises she had by far the best customer service i had experienced thus far!
