I rent a car from this location almost monthly.  The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful.  My cars are always immaculate and ready to go at the requested time.  They truly go out of their way to make sure my needs are met and I'm happy.  I am more than happy--every time!!!!

Diego was AMAZING!!! He went out his way to be sure that my rental car experience was flawless. Every time I had an issue or question, he knew what to do, and took care of things immediately. DO NOT LET HIM GET AWAY! HE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!!! Deborah Williamson

After paying upfront just over $900 for two vans (including deposit and insurance) for 3 days, we had to deal with very unhelpful staff. This last week, 11/7/17 saw they charged our card $423, just out of the blue. Have emailed customer service and will contact the bank in the morning. I advise anyone to not bother getting tangled up here.

We were involved in an accident that was not our fault. The other driver's  insurance company was terrible, however the car rental agency was amazing and extremely helpful with getting a rental vehicle.

They went above and beyond by providing us excellent customer service. They were very professional and always kept us informed during entire process. 

10/10 - I highly recommend!
