This review is on Budget Car Rental as a corporation and not a reflection of the Midwest CIty location employees. If you have a discount code to use DO NOT BOOK ONLINE! Nowhere on their site or anywhere during the reservation process does it tell you in order to use a discount code, you have to call a customer service representative. This wouldn't have been such a problem except when I called to modify my reservation with my discount I was told, "sorry it is prepaid so there is nothing we can do". I asked to cancel my reservation and re-book with a rep, but nope, that was going to cost me a $50 cancellation fee. Finally I get someone that says she can cancel with a full refund and re-book me with the code but they can only give me 10% off instead of the 35% off I was promised from the previous reps that verified my code was good (even though I couldn't use it). I have never had a problem with Budget in the past but I will certainly consider this in my future considerations for car rentals. And I sincerely hope this review doesn't affect my upcoming reservation...

Picked up car that smelled like feet. Gas tank not on full. No toll fee attatchment in car. Saleslady says. " got cramps so i cant check car." Really? At least invest in car fresheners.

The Budget location in Texarkana Tx. Was a nightmare to find. And the dolly that they gave me didn't work. I was unable to use. And they were rude at the location when called about the problem. Now on the other hand Hind was a great experience at the Oklahoman City location.

Friendly service, accommaded us an hour before our scheduled pickup, explained all the details of the rental. Zeke was great!

I just wanted to share what an awesome employee  you have in Hind Daifi at the Midwest City, OK location.  

I was traveling from Fort Worth, TX to Springfield, MO when my car broke down NE of Oklahoma City.  It had to be towed to a mechanic so I needed to rent a car to continue my journey.

At first she conveyed they had no vehicles available immediately so I stayed at the location contacting competitors who would say they had a vehicle and then contact afterwards to say "no we won't have one ready until later in the evening."  I couldn't wait that long because my daughter had a medical issue and I needed to get there ASAP.

After listening to me speak with several competitors Mrs Daifi asked if I'd be happy with a Mazda?  She then said these words that melted my heart:  "I'm gonna make sure you get to see your daughter!"

I couldn't believe it.  I was almost to the point of returning to Fort Worth because I was so frustrated.

What a great employee you have and an incredible human being!

My daughter was so thankful I could make it and I will forever be indebted to Mrs Daifi for her help and compassionate heart.
