The lady up there got butt hurt and wouldn't tell us why but now they apparently won't do business with us cuz she cried. Yet nobody was rude to her we were all just frustrated. Losing money based off an employee who has been there 3 weeks and gets offended at everything...but don't most people now a days? Their loss not ours. Just be sure to be on your best and most proper behavior when renting a car from here.

The car smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was nice and polite. They did not have the car I rented online but the had an upgrade that smelled like cigarette smoke.

I rented a car over the phone. When I got there and asked if I could leave my car over night she very rudely told me that was against policy. I asked if they could follow me in the car to my house. Very rudely again she asked if I lived close. I actually did only live less than 2 miles away but at this point I had enough of her attitude and just told them to cancel it and I went somewhere else and received wonderful friendly service. I will never go to Any Enterprise again.

Everyone was polite. They picked me up as requested and even offered a ride when I returned the car. I like the Moore location because It's less than a mile from my house. They always have the kind of car I need.

I have rented from this location many times over the years and have found the staff to be very polite and goes out of their way to help me get the right car and when I need it.
