The two guys at the front desk where so helpful and very personable each time I came . I could pick my car up at the airport when I land but I much rather come to this location and enjoy my pick up process.

We booked online 4 days in advance. 8 mins before scheduled time of pickup (8:00 am) they call to say they do not have a car available and will not until 10:00 am. We asked if they had ANY car available to rent since we really needed to be on the road before then and they said they did not. Show up at the location at 10:00 am and they still did not have ANY cars available. Nothing was offered in exchange for the major inconvenience and they could not come up with a vehicle or a time frame. Will NOT use this business again and we do not recommend anyone else use it especially if you need to COUNT on having a rental.

Made reservations in Oklahoma City and they didn't have any cars. They also said they were going to pick us up but they didn't. Took Uber to Hertz on meridian (not airport one) they didn't have any cars for us. So we waited for three hours before Steven the assistant manager took us to the airport Hertz. I went to the Hertz in the airport but they said they didn't have car's. So we went to the Hertz kiosk and talked to a lady from corporate and she was able to get us a car. So why did they lie to us and say they didn't have car's??

As usual, had another great experience with Hertz. The rental vehicle was clean, in good condition and gassed up when we picked it up. It ran well the whole trip. Reasonable rates and overall great experience.

Very friendly staff.  They were able to pick me up and drop me off in a timely manner.  No wait at all.  The car was clean and the price was amazing. I will use them again when I return to tbe area.
