Alicia was amazing! We had to wait a while since she was literally the only one working the counter and vehicle inspections. Under those kind of conditions i would've easily understood if she became overwhelmed. But Alicia gave the best customer service, answered our questions and made the wait worth it! Thank you Alicia!

I have traded in my original car that already had issues.. I drive to my hotel with the other and the alignment is way off.. instead of driving down there i called and was told its not that bad and they had nothing else to give..  Still have 14 days on my current rental.. won't be renting from this company again.

Very smooth rental experience.  Rental counter was easy to locate, agent was friendly and helpful, even offering us several car options within our category.  Car was clean, fueled and ready to go! Thank you for great rates and competent service!

Started out as a great experience. Our agent was frazzled because a previous client locked keys in a car and blocked the driveway,  she apologized like crazy . We got a Rav 4, on our way. Then I called in to extend our rental. Did you know 4 days was a week? I'm amazed at how she tried to solve the problem of extra charges, come back at 9 p.m. the night before. Our flight is at 6 am the next day! So sleep in the airport to avoid $190 of  overages? Really?? Our first rental with advantage is probably our last!

Don’t rent from them in Oklahoma!!! I paid every toll when I had the rental and they still charged me for toll fees and a convenience fee of $50!!! I remember paying every toll but since it’s a toll booth with no one working at it there is no receipt so I have no proof! You had to have exact change for the guard to lift up which we paid and it still took a picture of my car!!! I will never use this company again when I tried to talk to them they did not care!!!
