This is my favorite location but when you make a reservation staff or agent you are speaking with should tell you all things that required. It shouldn't be when you are there to pick up your rental then they inform you you can't rent the car because that isn't allowed,  or you have the wrong credentials. Especially after you give the agent ALL YOUR INFO WHILE SPEAKING WITH THEM!  Really frustrating to get there and be told something different than the phone agent, and you are leaving on a trip at 6 am and now you have NO CAR! Then the manager and agent suggest different car rental places for you to go to cause you need the car right then.  They even tell you Hertz next door is based on credit scores but a 599 will get you a rental.  The call center and the actual rental place really need to sync up and get on one accord and have the same rules and regulations in place so this doesn't happen to someone else. It actually worked out for us in the end but someone else's plans may get ruined because of this.

I have to deal with this Enterprise location on a regular basis because of my job and they have always been nice and helpful. If an issue comes up they are quick to try to find a solution. Good place to deal with if you need to rent a vehicle.

Five days ago, I made a Reservation for a Sporty Car so yesterday, I created an account online at Enterprise website, where I found out that "You cannot rent a Sporty Car with a DEBIT CARD. So I thought, I go up there and show them my Deed of Trust to my house, my Auto Insurance declaration page, bank statements, check stubs and told them that I could pay upfront and pay extra, too BUT Enterprise said NO, but he said "you might be able to rent one at 3200 S Meridian Ave, so I drive over there. The staff guy tells me that I cannot rent a Sporty car there, either. So I said what about a SUV? Staff guy says "we don't get too many but I can look for you and book one for you." I said okay. Then he changes his mind and says "you cannot rent a SUV with a debit card." After he said I could. I left and called the toll free Enterprise # and the rep said "I could rent a SUV with debit card." Why would that guy lie to me? Years ago, Enterprise used to be good but NOT anymore!

I have used enterprise several times and I will never use any other rental car company. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is obvious that they do a great job maintaining their fleet and keeping them clean. Top notch!
