This place is SCAM !!!! SCAM ARTISTS WORK HERE ! On my reservation I asked for no additional coverages or charges. When i show up this lady adds additional charges and rushes me to sign. When i check out I have an additional $75 on my bill. Then this place says call customer service that it was impossible that that occurred. When I call customer service they only want to offer me 25% return.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Do not rent from this place, rented a vehicle and upon return i was charged a cleaning fee and a smoking fee........ I'm a non smoker, and the vehicle was clean. Cheap prices equal more fees when u return in order to make money. Called the corporate office, as was told i have to wait till the paperwork is turned in for an investigation. i would give less than one star but it will not let me post if i don't.. I WILL NOT be renting from this place again, i will advise all my construction workers ( who rent cars all the time) to avoid this place at all cost

They try to charge me for a damage that was in the car before I rented and I put the observation in the paper.
