I reserved a compact vehicle which should have seated 5 people and they ended up giving me a Chevy Spark which only seated 4 and no trunk space! I tried to explain to the cashier that is not what I requested but she wouldn't listen and said it was the only car available other than an SUV which I would have to pay the difference on. So I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes because the Spark was getting an oil change and when i was on the road I realized the 4 seat situation so I called and told them I did not receive the vehicle I asked for and that I requested a 5 seat vehicle, so they told me to come back and they would trade me out. I ended up getting a Hyundai after having to wait another 30 minutes but glad it was corrected. I tried to use my debit card instead of credit card to pay but they told me I would need two bills in my name with current address, which I don't carry around with me at all times so just used my cc but I overheard them on a phone call with someone and they were taking a debit card instead of a credit card because it was denied. So when I brought it up to them they just denied it as if I wasn't in the room hearing the whole conversation. But anyways, I'm not 100% satisfied but am not too familiar with this town to know if there are other rental places available. I also don't like that they are not open Sundays which forces you to rent the car for an extra day if you don't make it by drop off Saturday which is too early @noon.

Home of the DOUBLE DOWNGRADE and HORRIBLE treatment. My experience was so awful that I will never again do business with this company. In fact, this last experience was the "second chance" for this company after the previous experience where they left me stranded for 3 hours when I requested to be picked up (my request was the 1st call of the day promptly at 7 am, and I was 3 miles away, and called multiple times). I think this experience was retaliation. The area manager I talked to once was no help and refused to return my phone calls. I reserved a car a week in advance. When I arrived they had the car I reserved, but they forced me to chase all over town on Columbus Day October 8th to produce the last months paper statement for a "soft credit check." I have excellent credit AND a flawless prior history with this company. They gave the car I reserved to someone else. Then they stuck me (6'4" 240#) in a Ford Focus, which of course had less than 1/4 tank of gas. I filled it up and made my way (30 miles) to work, almost 2 hours later than I would have otherwise been. They also charged me for a week car rental (the car class i rented, not the one I was given) plus about $300 while I rented this car. Of course, then they wanted me to return their car the next day so I could get the car I reserved. This would require a 60 mile round trip during business hours when I should be at work, plus who knows what kind of hassle and delays when I got there. I rented on a weekly basis, and when the body shop working on my truck took longer than planned, Enterprise charged me on a daily basis (much more expensive) for three additional days instead of on a weekly basis. When I turned the car back in they tried to charge me for several gallons of gasoline, until I argued and proved that the car had more gasoline than it did when I picked it up. I wound up paying for one week on a weekly basis and three additional days for the higher class car I rented and should have had, instead of the car they gave me. I rented a car based on a double upgrade promotion Enterprise had, and got a double downgrade, and excessive charges, and AWFUL treatment. I have informed friends and contacts that I have of my experience, and I can certify that Enterprise will lose more than 1000 car rentals per year from this day forward because of how they chose to treat me. NEVER AGAIN.

I will NEVER go here again!.. my car broke down 15 miles from home... found a ride to enterprise just to be told that I needed 2 bills in my name that are not past due or they couldnt rent me a car... idk about you but i dont carry my bills with me 24/7... still stranded!!!... thanks A LOT FOR NOTHING enterprise. .. has to be the worst customer service I've seen in least a decade to boot...

The ladies at this location are rude. They gave me a price I paid it then they call back saying the were going to take 250$ off my card because they messed up. Telling your customer they are responsible for their employees mistake is absolutely the wrong thing to do. I will never rent a car from the Stillwater location again. I'm sure these young ladies won't last long. They need a customer service class asap.

They are all the best!!! BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Taylor, Mania, Lauren, etc... even met the new Manager and she was nice. THESE GUYS/GIRLS AT THIS LOCATION ARE AWESOME!! QUICK SERVICE. QUICK RETURN.
