Helpful staff, easy check-in and out. Tolls were a huge bother. Enterprise uses some 3rd party to charge for tolls, they have all of my info and Enterprise contract info. 3rd party charged my credit card for the tolls, though I couldn't get a receipt from the Enterprise site. Very difficult to get reimbursed that way.

Enterprise is by far the best car rental company I have ever used for personal and business alike. I consistently experience above average customer service (which is always excellent). I always get the car requested at the place I expected to pick it up with a competive price. Several times I've asked for the vehicle to be delivered to an FBO and I received it with no problems. The vehicle never smells like smoke like some of their competitors (Hertz for instance). Hertz used to be my go-to for car rental but no longer; I have switched to Enterprise. Thank you again Enterprise for making my car rental easy and an excellent experience!

I rented a car after I was involved in an accident. I rented a small economy car. The car I rented over heated 2 hours after picking it up. I waited 2 hours for the tow truck to come pick the car up. I had to take an Uber home because there wasn't any rentals available until the next day. I went into the rental location I rented the first car from. They offered me a 15 passenger van to drive until they were able to get something else in. I went back to the rental location again after work and they gave me a car. Everything was fine after that and they even gave me a free day for all the hassle I had to go through.

Great folks.  Didn’t have the car I wanted but went through great effort to make sure I was happy.  I will rent from this location again.

Check-in was quick, and I received a complimentary upgrade. The car was clean, and I was able to drop it off after hours, which was a deciding factor when making my decision on which company to use. I will definitely use Enterprise, and specifically this location, again.
