I was greeted once I walked in the door. I didn't have a reservation but I got into a rental while my car was put into the shop. I've been using them for a few years and no issues yet...fingers crossed!

I had originally reserved a small vehicle for a trip with my kids but got upgraded to a brand new pick up truck. Absolutely loved the truck and hated to return it. Will use enterprise again.

This Enterprise location is fabulous!! I use them all the time, sometimes twice a week and they take great care of me! I'm kind of a bother because I frequently forget items (like my mobile PikePass) and they always save my stuff for me. They are friendly, courteous, thoughtful and go way out of their way to help you. They know me and I know all of them by first name. The cars are always clean - inside and out!! Every employee is great, but I think it all stems from the manager, Andy; he certainly knows what customer service is!!

Simisola was the agent in charge of my rental and without a doubt provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. She went above and beyond. She displayed the highest level of professionalism and care I have ever experienced. Next time I need to rent a car I will return to this location just because of her.
