I've used this company and location for over two months. and my daughter was undergoing serious treatment and I was needed a great rate for this long trip. when I arrived they didn't have the type of car I booked and this placed me in a higher standard car-SUV were the only cars available for me. I was so excited and the manager of the store Joseph was very professional, well spoken, never over talked me and was deeply concerned about my needs within this very stressful time of our lives.
I love this office and they genuinely car for their customers and want to provide the best of service.

Manager an all staff r very professional at all times while making sure that all customer are satisfied with there rental even staying extra minutes after there shift too help which is highly appreciated an noted thank u too all staff b safe. Peace

The Chickasha, Ok location is fantastic. The Lady there is amazing. She's very helpful! On the other hand, one place in Oklahoma city was terrible terrible terrible!! I don't recommend going to ANY of the Oklahoma City locations.

Due to spring break had to wait for an rental until almost closing, but they were the only car rental that had a car throughout OKC. Overall nice experience.
