Rented a car for a road trip. Recieved free premium upgrade because they ran out of standard :). Kept the car an extra week. Price was very fair. Full coverage insurance reasonable. Unlimited mileage. Beautiful car no problems. The employees here go out of there way and make sure your well taken care of. I will be using then them again next year.

Excellent experience. The process was smooth, streamlined, and so painless! Renting a car has always been a pain for me, but this was so easy. Barely wasted any time here, felt comfortable with the vehicle I had, and no waiting during pick up or drop off, even with a moderate amount of other customers. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Anytime I need a rental car Enterprise is always my first choice. My vehicle is ready at the allotted and they are ready to assist me upon arrival. They do an excellent just b at the Enterprise location on Broadway.  I prefer this one instead of the other one. Keep up the good work.

Did not get the economy car I rented. Received a much larger car. Was not informed of automatic breaking system. Found out when a bird flew in front of the car and the vehicle took over. Tire pressure was not checked and I had to stop along the trip to do maintenance to the vehicle.  Customer service agent did make small concessions for the difference in gas mileage. There were attempts to rectify the concerns.
