I reserved a vehicle with this company for my vacation last summer. Had my flight booked and everything.

Well to my dismay, my flight was delayed by an hour and would put me in the airport around midnight. I called this budget location to let them know my flight was delayed and that I was still coming. The representative assured me that my reservation was still good for 24 hours and not to worry about my delayed flight.

To my horror, when I arrived to pick up my reserved rental I was told that because I was late, they had no more cars to give out. The next available car to rent would not return until 6am. WHAT?!!! It was midnight and you expect me to stay at the airport for 6+ hours when I was traveling with my 2 year old alone? All the attendant could tell me was sorry there was nothing he could do.

What was the point of me making a reservation? I even called in to let them know! I am absolutely livid at this company and recommend you not do business with them. I ended up having to go with another rental company that ended up costing me an arm and a leg! 

I prepared, booked the reservation with expectations that I would have been able to get out of the airport in a city I did not know without hassle.

I tried calling customer service to report this but of course it was midnight and no one was able to answer. When I did get a hold of someone, they told me the only way to report this was by email, and LUCKY me, their system was down. When I did finally get an answer they told me they will make sure to give me discounts on my next reservation. But they did not tell me how to get those discounts, or offer me a promo code. How DID they keep track that they screwed be over?

It was a nightmare and I will NEVER rent with budget ever again. I wish I could give no stars.

I was met by a friendly and helpful staff. They treated me like family. I loved that and they were very professional from start to finish. Even when I dropped the car off, the team was fast and courteous and I was met with a smile. Great experience. Well done Budget.

Personally I have been treated as a valuable customer every time I've rented with budget. They greet me with a smile and make me feel like my business matters to them. The car was spotless and they obviously conduct proper maintenance.

Love budget rental nevertheless when picking up a rental  make sure that the ride is clean inside and out. My car was dirty. When returning the rental make sure you don't leave anything because it not the policy of budget to check behind you or  return any lost items.

Dear office Manager,
First I was looking how I can give you a 0 star but it’s not exist!!!
Second to whom want to rent a car here please go get a car somewhere else here only thing they care is your money... I gave them a $20 coupon and she said it’s too much I can’t apply that to your bill she said we gonna split that she applied only $10... 
Third, to the guy who is working on parking lot; sorry if I disrespected you that day because they pissed me off you deserve a 10 stars. Again thank you for the side service to cover what the stupid Manager did!
