This Hertz was extremely helpful when I forgot my headphones before my flight. They helped find my car and get my headphones back before my flight left.

I reserved a Full size (class F) car at Regan National.  When I got to the Gold cars, they only had 2 cars.  Both mid-size (class D).  I assumed my contract would reflect the lower amount.  It did not.  I have been trying to call the local number but nobody answers.  I bet my contract would have reflected the increase if I picked an upgrade.  Regan is the worst service of any Hertz locations I use.

Added a cleaning fee of almost 50% of the total cost of the reservation with NO notification and NO explanation as to why it was added. (We spent 15 minutes cleaning everything out of the car before returning it). Reached out to the company for an explanation and was never contacted. I will NEVER use this rental car company again. Dishonest, lack of accountability and unreliable. Go elsewhere.

Poor experience at the Gold Plus service counter. I am a President's Circle Reward member and the front desk told me I didn't qualify for a complementary upgrade despite it being guaranteed for President's Circle members. After speaking with the manager I was told I can select any car from the upgraded class (no new paperwork needed).   A little education at the front desk would go a long way with the customer service experience.

Don't know why people are rating this place low.  Comparing to other car rental places ....it deserves 6 stars.  Clean, friendly, plenty of managers on site.... for the haters - try get a rental at MIA
