You know, I was slightly nervous about renting here after seeing its negative reviews online. But it seemed that a lot of what people were angry about were staples of all rental car companies. This place wasn't perfect, but there was nothing seemingly wrong either. The desk attendants were very nice, they didn't push anything on me, and I got a good car and a good rate.

Once I found the shuttle from the airport, the service as great. The cars are older (mine had 44k miles) and it shows but the service as good and I'm happy with them.

Yesterday I had a very helpful woman help me out with a mistake on a reservation I made. She was able to get my mistake fixed, at no extra cost to me (even though there were no cars left on the lot). Extremely kind and helpful, like the rest of the people at this advantage. Thanks for helping me turn a stressful day into a great day!

Reserved online, got all the way there, waited in line for 45 mins only for them to tell us they wouldn't rent to people who don't already own a car. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Let me say that again....they were turning people away who couldn't prove they already owned a car. I can't find that policy on their website anywhere. Also, their DCA airport location...Isn't at the airport (Read the fine print.)

I  was pleased with the gentleman who  rented me the car. He was professional and friendly. I was in and out in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my rental car and the price was reasonable.
