Normally good service,  but it's VERY difficult to get in touch with someone to answer any questions I may have unless I'm physically there. 

I'm currently trying to retrieve a lost item and I have not been able to get a hold of ANY.ONE since 8:00 am this morning. 

I've left two messages and called almost every hour on th hour. Makes it really difficult to give this location 5 stars with that type of customer service.

My car had expired tags....got pulled twice.  Only got $25 credit.   Bye bye Avis

Update....for some reason, I gave this Avis another chance.   Bad move.   Even with a Preferred reservation, there was no car for me at my designated time.   Between the line at the counter and wait time for my car, it took 50 minutes.  To make matters worse, the car smells like an ashtray.   Faced with choosing  further delays to our holiday timeline or stink, we went with stink.   Luckily the weather was warm and we could ride with windows down.
Avis is GENERALLY good, but this operation has chronic problems.   Best to avoid.

Personal damage waiver hidden in the fine print upon pick-up despite declining in the original reservation and not asking for it on final  agreement. Stay away from Avis.

I've been renting from this Avis for some time. Always a smooth experience from beginning to end. No complaints of any kind.
