I had read some bad reviews regarding this location but they must have improved since then because when I went in the rental agent was very pleasant and smiled brightly. She made sure the vehicle was clean and ready for me to take and she even made my grumpy son smile, which brightened up my whole weekend. Customer service was very pleasant, as was the vehicle rented (A Kia Minivan). When I dropped it back off, she was there again and just as pleasant as before.

BEWARE! I rented a budget truck and dropped it off at this location. After filling the tank from a gas station two miles down the road I left the vehicle a day early. A week later I was assessed an additional 70$ on top of the gas and the original moving fee. I attempted to rectify this and was basically told the individual on shift didn't know how to "access" my information. I was than told after calling the national customer service line that this location charged a gas fee... AFTER I SPENT 30$ topping it off.

In Short,  They will do anything they can to dig into your pocket after the fact... Steer Clear if your looking for a moving truck.

-to 5 business days to get your money back on your  debit card. That is ridiculous. They are probably making interest of your money.
