The rental car was satisfactory and the counter staff was great in showing me how to use the controls. After leaving with the car. I felt like I had been scammed due to the scare tactic used to sell me the insurance which was billed at $189 for 8 days., insurance that I DID NOT NEED. The problem was I had full coverage on my own automobile that was being repaired. I was presented with every scenario as to why I needed the full coverage that Enterprise offered. So I purchased their insurance.  Then I was informed by the repair shop that I didn't need their insurance. I was ripped off. In the past, I have been a patron of Enterprise for all of my rental needs. However, after this experience, I doubt that I will use them again.

Excellent service and rates and the staff was very helpful and curitous. Zach and Adam let me know  I had no worries and fit me with the perfect vehicle for my trip, I will definitely go back. I was also impressed as I had rented for five days and found out I could rent for a couple more for practically the same price, so when I had got home from a longer road trip with my grandaughter,  my husband and I were able to take a day trip as well, Thanks Enterprise!

Would recommend Enterprise every time! They picked me up right on time and the car was great and when my car was repaired I just left the rental car with the repair shop and Enterprise picked it up. Simple and fast!

This store is quite convenient to my home and the manager Kat is exceptional.  No matter when I come in and whether I have made a reservation or not they always seem to accommodate me.  I use them for both personal and business trips.  They are always willing to help me especially when I have one of those unexpected trips to make whether it be one day or several days.  I am in the customer service business myself and this is exceptional customer service at this particular location.  I would highly recommend this location for all your rental needs.  The cars are always clean and fresh and have never had a problem with a rental so far.

Even though they did not have the car available that I had reserved, they worked with me as much as they could to find something that I would be happy with.  They remembered me upon returning the car too, and were nothing but friendly.  The price is reasonable for a car rental, and the pick up/drop off they offer was convenient for someone traveling alone.
