Having a horrible experience with Budget giving me an unsafe car... had to detour to this one to exchange out the next day. 5 stars goes to the middle aged blonde lady behind the desk... didn't fix Budget's mistake, but made it easy to pleasurable during an unpleasurable experience from the company she works for.  1 star going to budget... maybe consider renting with a different company... at least in Austin Bergstrom Airport.

Very helpful guys, stayed a little after closing hours to work out a better deal and keep the car for another day! Best Budget Car rental experience I've had thus far.

I have always had amazing service from Scotty and the other employees at Budget. They are always nice and acomidating. Anytime I need a car this is where I rent. They are always helpful if I need a short extension.
