If i could give negative stars for the run around I've had with this particular hertz, i would. If you enjoy getting screwed out of money,  RENT A CAR HERE. I've never rented with Hertz prior to this occasion, and after this experience, they'll never have my business again. 5 different transactions had been charged to my bank account and nobody could give me an explanation as to why. Go with another company, its not worth it.

I had a amazing experience at this location. Jazz and her Hertz team are professional and very knowledgeable about any questions I had. I highly recommend if you have any rental needs that you check out this location.

**BE WARNED***  Worst experience ever with a rental company. My warrant covered rental for 7 days.  Used the car only 2 days and returned. 1yr later I received a collection notice that I owned for several days of usage.  Contacted the agency to discover inconsistencies with their billing and bold face lies shielded by illegal corp policies. Basically I had to become the middle person between Hertz, the collection agency and my warranty co.  Everything was resolved after months of work on my end.  Horrible co to deal with and I'm fairly certain my case may have contributed to the reason the warranty co no longer uses Hertz.  Win in my book. Never will rent from Hertz again. I suggest you do the same.  Stay away.

Gave me a dirty, stained and smelly car. Didn't give me any heads up about toll charges and got charged 5x the amount for tolls because no one bothered to mention it. Worst car rental place I've ever had to get a car from.
