Chris was cool, he got us a car during the holidays and really helped us out. Unfortunately my car insurance would only pay for their economy cars. I had to put my ego to the side about driving this car, which i'missed glad I did. The Chevy sonic was great on gas and since my insurance was paying for it, I was able to maintain the low rate through Christmas while other people were paying 5 times the price. Don't ever try to rent a car 3 days before the holidays.

DO NOT GO HERE. Especially if you are a woman. I cried after leaving this place. They try to scam you by tacking on charges wherever they can. They are right across the street from a collision center (where my car was getting fixed), so they know people will come and pay whatever since it's in a convenient location. They tried to charge me a $300 cleaning fee for pet hair. My dog was never in my car. There were a few dog hairs in the car that probably came off my clothing. The first employee tried to belittle me by saying things like, "didn't you notice all of the bread crumbs on the seat?" I talked to the manager and he also treated me like crap, trying to interrogate me by saying, "Be honest. Did you have the dog in the car or not?" I read over the contract multiple times. No mention of dogs or any animals. My dad spoke to the manager on the phone, and the manager said to him, "we determine what is considered excessive dirt or not." They tried to take advantage of me because I'm a young woman. A man came in during the 30 minutes I was arguing with the manager, he has scratched his side mirror. They didn't charge him and said it was fine! This place needs shut down.

The first time I used them I set up a pick up time and they never came delaying my trip by an hour. I gave them a second chance and chose to use their services again. After making the reservations they told me I was out of their pick up range 30 minutes before the scheduled rental, again delaying my plans. Never doing business with Hertz again.

This is by far the best experience I've had from a rental car company. The staff was friendly with excellent customer service. I was in and out in minutes with no hassle.

Staff gave me a choice of only two cars... one that they didn't recommend and then the one I got which smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes inside of it along with the smell of wet dog.  They did not follow through with exchanging it so I called the one on W. William Cannon (they are terrific!) and got a much better car that was clean smelled good.  When I returned this good car to the Anderson Ln location  we  argued over the damn gas.  I went to the gas station and filled up the tank with 1.2gals!  Yes the difference between a full tank in my opinion versus a full tank in theirs was settled by putting 1.2gals of freaking gas in this car.  Ruined my day by holding in so much anger with these people.
