Worst experience, over charged, and extremely unhealthful.  Refused to replace a car that was having mechanical issues, told me that if the car broke down they would just come tow me.  Do not use this rental agency, they will make your trip painful.

Don't rent from Hertz! Super shady, the agent told me my business would not cover the car insurance and I was required to purchase car rental insurance. I confirmed with my company that I did NOT need additional insurance and they refused to reiumburse me. I called and spoke with Megan that said they would not refund the car insurance portion. Poor customer service, rent from National or Enterprise.

I call to make reservation and was transfered to the 1-800 rep; I think she was having a bad day. She made me feel as if I was asking her if I could borrow her car.  Her tone of voice was very demeaning.
