This place is the worst. The guy working the counter was awesome that is the only reason I am not giving one star. First off there are two Budgets in the area and when you search for Cincinnati Airport you get the one that is 40 some miles away. The counter guy fixed this for me. But when I returned the car the charged me an additional $40 for something. I called them and they could not tell me what it was for and they would not refund it. I had to call the credit card company to deny the charge. I did get my money back.

Great overall experience. Staff member was VERY knowledgeable and friendly. The rental was a newer model, budget friendly (minus all the airport fees), and great ride. My only complain, processing time for pick up took approximately 20 mins. I would definitely rent from this location again.

I've rented multiple times and always received outstanding customer service here.  They've been quick to switch vehicles for me if the first one wasn't quite right.  When dropping off a car after midnight on a freezing windy night a few weeks ago, I left some expensive sunglasses behind in the vehicle.  I called the next day to ask about them, and a couple weeks later they'd tracked them down.  Mary even mailed them back to me packed in a box she brought from home when she couldn't find one there.  I'll continue renting from only this location when I come through CVG, which is multiple times each year.  Thanks for the continued great service!  Those small friendly interactions make a huge difference in my decisions about which car rental company to use.

Disappointing end to a great trip. They said they were out of paper to print a receipt, and that they would email me a copy. I asked for them to confirm that they had my email address on file, and they assured me they did. They rushed past me to the next customer, and I foolishly took their word for it. As my fellow business travelers can attest, the receipt is extremely important!

Several days and multiple phone calls later, I finally got a copy of the receipt. What a waste of time that has been.
