I’m only giving them one star because 0 stars was not an option. I had to change my flight and bring the car back early. I spoke to 3 of their associates about this and none of them mentioned any added fees. When I brought the car back they charged me an additional $100 and pointed to the fine print to call a 800 # if changing the return time. So because I returned the car early they changed my daily rate, which was not in the fine print. They are crooks and I will caution everyone I know to never use them.

Though their cars were nice, they were sneaky about the toll charges. I specifically asked if I was going to get charged for the tolls, which they declined. What they meant was they weren’t going to charge me- a third party would and it would include a processing fee.  I do not appreciate the false advertising and sneakiness.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The car was fine but the service was the highlight of my interaction.

Nice folks,ready for me as I arrived. While the first car I got had some awful noise coming from the brakes, they switched cars for me right away,  took only a couple minutes. Free upgrade too!
