Great experience! Our flight was the last one of the night and the team stayed late and waited for us to arrive. Matt Behne was very friendly and courteous. Since our flight was delayed, he even offered us an upgrade to make us more comfortable after a long day of travel. He also made sure we knew where to return the car so we didn't waste time with a trip to the airport since their location is off site. Great experience!

The car was fine.  I blew it when I was asked if I wanted to purchase the insurance.  Since it was snowing the weekend we were in Cincinnati, I thought at $24 a day it would be best to do it with the icy roads and all.  So the original reservation showed the cost of the rental to be $146, so with the insurance purchase, that would push the price up to about $250. I signed the agreement without CAREFULLY looking at the fine print AND the final cost...totally on me.  Turns out, I not only agreed to purchase the liability insurance, but a couple of other insurances that I really didn't want but signed for.  So my estimate of $250 turned out to be about $90 short as my final bill was $340!  I usually don't make mistakes like this, so beware! when signing to look at the final cost! And maybe the rental associate can go over exactly the agreement when you purchase anything extra?

I would never dream of using another car rental agency. They're service-oriented. They also are willing to work with Travelers as far as price and and vehicle selection. Recently I rented a car. The customer service is great when I picked up the car at the airport. However when I got home after returning the car I had an issue with the price I was charged for fuel refilling. The next day I received an email customer satisfaction survey. I left a comment about the amount of money I felt I should have been charged for gasoline. To my astonishment they answered me that day and refunded me a large amount of money covering all of the fuel cost for that car with a sincere apology. Thinking about how a major company the size of Enterprise would go out of their way to appease a customer makes them an extraordinary company with which to do business. I have been in Enterprise customer for nearly 20 years and I would not consider switching to any other company.

This is my 2nd experience with Enterprise at the Cincinnati Airport. Getting to the rental car offices from the airport requires a shuttle, but I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Service is fantastic from the shuttle drivers, to the counter agents to the people who welcome me back when returning the car. Service keeps me coming back to Enterprise. I'll even pay a few more dollars because I know I'm going to have a positive experience.

I have rented a couple of 15 passenger vans from this location in the past 6 months for church trips. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The temperature was frigid when I rented last week, and the staff switched vehicles so that we wouldn't have low air pressure issues caused by the cold. They also cleaned the windshield and gave us a scraper & brush. Highly recommend.
