The Good: The cars are high quality, and my driver was extremely friendly.

The Bad: The building itself and the man who rented me the care were horrible. I entered the lobby and was shocked to see how dirty it was. Cords hanging loosely from the ceiling to the desk were so covered in dust you could not see the color of the wires. Cobwebs everywhere, a rusty minifridge that when opened was dirty and thankfully empty. I would not have drank anything from inside it. The bathroom was disgusting and out of both soap and paper towels. The person who rented me the car almost trapped me in a couple schemes that sounded free when he mentioned them, but then when paying he has to legally tell me the price at some point, so he mumbled the prices as he was entering it in. I had to stop him more than once to ask what he was putting in and tell him I did not want the option after all.

The ONLY things saving this place from 1 star were my driver and the surprising cleanliness of the cars compared to the store. I will never be returning.

I'm actually a little concerned that they will see this rating and charge me for something retroactively. I don't have any trust.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.  We recently rented a car to go on a family vacation.  The girl Brittany at the front desk hands me the keys after I get done paying and says "Enjoy you vehicle" and that was it.  I get it the car and the smell of smoke was very thick in the air.  I tell Brittany and she looks at the older gentleman that was responsible for cleaning the cars.  She looked at him, he looked at her, she looked at me again and shrugged her shoulders like "welp, sorry for your luck".  Then, we are only 10 minutes in to our trip we notice that they gave us a car with a chipped windshield.  Keep in mind, we have 2 kids.  When you go on a trip with 2 kids and the car is loaded and you get on the road, stopping by a Hertz THAT IS ALREADY CLOSED is not feasible.  I say to my husband, "Well never in my life have I had a car rental company not come outside with me to check the vehicle for scratches longer than a dollar bill and dents bigger than a quarter".  "We should be fine because not only did they not walk around the car with us but they also didn't have us sign anything acknowledging that there was or wasn't damage."  LOL RIGHT!  I should have known better than to think if a company didn't fulfill their duties that they'd own up to it.  Very long story short, they charged us $263.00 dollars for the cracked windshield they gave us that they splintered.  I won't get in to the conversation about the low life (Brian) that I spoke with about the matter.  DON'T RENT HERE!

Decent service, told them at noon I would be there at 5 and still had to wait until they cleaned one of the cars.

Be aware that the  manager Brian is an ass. He talks to you like your trash and charges extra when you return a car cleaner than when you picked it up just because I left an airfreshner in the car.  He claimed I smoked in the car when I did not. I like to ride in a good smelling car when I'm driving 12 hours one way by myself.

Easy rental. I called before and I recommend that I've online. 4 because the guy was pushy on insurance. No means no... Let it go.
