I was picked up on time and the service was welcoming and helpful. It was a stressful day for me.
Car was as what one would expect:  clean and ready to go  A good sign of service was calling on a Saturday and reserving a car with pick up time close to closing and there was no indication of rushing or that it was "better done than good" service.

Great staff!  Checkout was quick, extending my rental wasn't a problem and a minor billing issue was resolved quickly with one phone call.

We rented a van for family vacation.  We rent from enterprise all the time.  The van we rented this time needed a lot of prep work on the inside when I got it home. It seemed as though the front seat area got vacuumed but the back row and trunk was not touched.  There were stains all over the seats.  The outside had scratches all over it.  Every single side.  Some of which I didn't notice til I got the van home and was cleaning it up. 
The young man who waited on me was very polite and friendly and was working very hard.  That's why I gave a 4 star.  The employees have always been great.   Just wish the vehicle would have been in better shape this time.

Very pleased with their service although I will note the fuel was at less than half a tank so I had to stop fairly quickly to get fuel. But the guy at the counter was great.
