This is the second time that I'm renting the car in this particular location being an underage I just got charger more but apart from that the services that are rendered by this location are excellent. I really got satisfied with their services. But they need to provide the service a little bit fast for me it took 1 hour to pick the car. But according to my request they gave me the car which I need . 

So I'm very much impressed with that 
Especially kailah is the one who took care of my request for the two consecutive times.

The service was terrible. They never have enough cars and it's always a problem with something up there. I will not rent from that particular enterprise ever again.

The service I received from the Chicago Heights branch was great.. I always use this branch and i have always have had a great experience will always use them if Possible...Thanks for the being there when i needed them...

I have had the opportunity to rent a car 6 times this year.  I am always so impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Chicago Heights Enterprise location on Route 30.  Everyone in the office has a great attitude and they are so helpful to get you what you need and get you on your way as quickly as possible.  I highly recommend Enterprise (especially in Chicago Heights!).
