Fast and Easy. Had a car ready within 5 minutes of my arrival. Handled returning very efficiently even though there were many returns at once. Spent no more than 3-5 minutes waiting to get checked out.

I have been renting a lot from Enterprise and I am Enterprise Plus member and this is the first time that I am not satisfied with Enterprise, actually the people at this location has problems. I called them for the pick up, they said they are too busy to pick up and will take 2 hrs but when I reach at Enterprise, it's completely empty not even a single customer. I got pissed but didn't say anything. Than I told the guy to let me know the options in full size cars, he said yes and went away and brought the car without giving me options and told me this is your car. I asked him again for the options, he than gave me few options but by this time I was frustrated so I just wanted to take the car and get going. Now he tells me that gas is half tank, I was about to leave when I see that gas is not even half tank it was a little more than 1/4 tank, I go inside tell the other person, he says it's fine sir I'll write that gas is less than half. The worst part he didn't give me the tour of the vehicle for the scratches or any dents or anything else. Enterprise please do something about the location. This people should know how to keep the customers happy. I have rented from this location for the first time.

Rude staff. Tried to charge me for a nonexistent dent. Don't trust them.

Good, smooth transaction. The rental agents at pick up and return were very personable. Will rent from them again.
