First of all - if you're living in and renting from NYC and driving upstate, NJ, PA... this is the place to rent from. One stop from Penn, escape the traffic. A 5 minute walk from Secaucus Junction. Immediate access to NJ turnpike and highways.

The highlight of my experience was Manjia W., she provided absolutely STELLAR A+ customer service. I have rented hundreds of cars, all across the country and internationally a few times as well. NEVER have I rented from someone who was so courteous, friendly, professional, and effective at her job as Manjia. She greeted us warmly, she didn't go crazy on the insurance sales, she completed the paper work very quickly, she had the car ready and super clean, and she even had called us multiple times in advance trying to confirm, and still gave us the car in the end when we confirmed last minute. It seems like she would take it personally if someone weren't to call to confirm and would legitimately worry on their behalf.

Showed up at 825am for an 8am rental of an Altima, left an hour later with an "upgrade" to a Nissan Juke because they didn't have any full size cars available. I made this reservation 2 weeks ago. They were nice about it but not what I expected at all and I came to this one because they had good reviews haha

Great location if you need a rental car near NYC to drive in New Jersey. I had a huge car upgrade which was unexpected. I'll rent a car without any doubt at this location.

They don't follow the work hours, I got at their office on Saturday at 12:57 and they were closed, door locked and nobody there. The sign on the door says open until 1PM. Maybe should put a different work hours? For somebody who drove 30 mins it was a great surprise.
