Where we were staying, too easy

The car was great but this was the first time I picked one up at a hotel in Las Vegas.  That was frustrating because the kiosk is only open certain hours.  When I got out of my conference at 1 p.m. the kiosk was empty from 1 to 2 p.m. for lunch per the sign on the counter.  I waited but the person did not return until 2:35 and I had a 4 1/2 hour drive so I had lost time.  When I returned, same thing happened.  The person was supposed to be there until 4 p.m. and we arrived at 4:01 after parking the car on the 5th floor of a parking garage and running to the kiosk in the Flamingo hotel.  No one there but a sign said you could drop off the keys but that you will continue to get charged until someone arrives to process the return.  I filled out all of the appropriate information regarding fuel level, time, miles driven and location where I parked the car.  However, I was concerned because they were closed for the day.  I called the number on their sign and spoke with a women who could not find me in their system despite being a Gold member and giving her 3 different credit cards. Luckily I was staying in town and returned the next day to discuss with the agent at the Flamingo.  He eventually was able to say I would only be charged the amount we had agreed on when I rented the car.  Frustrating process if you can't even call to discuss an issue with a member of Hertz.

Customer service was awesome. The Hertz associate at the desk was very professional and explained all the features and benefits of renting with Hertz. 5 stars for his customer service.

Very easy to rent from Hertz at the Flamingo!  Just use your phone and the Hertz app, pick the location and go to the Hertz kiosk next to the lobby.  the car is in the parking garage at the hotel.  Good to go!  Thank you Hertz!

Was nice an easy. We picked up the car at 7am so no queue. The hertz is just in the hotel lobby so is really easy so fund it and very appropriate to check out and pick up a car. They give you the keys and you have to walk to the parking to get the car. Is just 10 minutes walk without leaving the resort actually.
