The agency is conveniently located in Planet Hollywood and the agents are nice.
But the car that we rented, a Medium size Toyota was extremely noisy on the road. Very unusual for modern cars.
On the other hand, a return of the car is very convenient even after hours. 
You just leave the car on the 8th floor and drop the keys with the papers into a drop box at any time. Really pro.

Hertz rental in planet hollywood front desk polite . But booked 2 v8 camaro convertibles 2 months prior to arrival and when we went to pick up vehicles never got what we asked for both cars were dirty beat up insides were not clean very dissapointed and they were v6 convertibles, So wasn't happy that we never got what we booked and that was suppose to be the high lite of the trip. Rented there twice before. Great service .This time terrible experience. Should be able to rent corvettes as previously rented at planet holly or pull from other locations. And don't change managers so often no consistency thete at all!!

Very, very hard to use as a return destination. There are no signs - you have to leave the car in 8b of the self-parking. Then the office is just inside of where the valet parking is - so go into the casino, find the slots and go down the escalator on the right

The Toyota RAV  4 needed front end work and brakes, I think it should not have been rented in that condition. The front desk said they would not charge me.. but they did..
